今日もリースレッスン♪ wreath lesson day3

昨日に引き続き、今日もリースレッスン。

前回まで来てくれていた友人は、今はインド。

とっても寂しくなりました。

が、今日は新しい方が二人加わり、

しかもお二人とも、三人のお子様の御母様。

とっても明るく、初めてとは思えない溶け込みぶり。

最初のおしゃべりがはずむと、時間がかかりすぎる昨日の反省のもと、

早目に作業に入りました。

Today wreath lesson again!!

One of my friends left Japan to live in India with family.

We miss her very much.

 But new members joined us today.

Both are mother of three kids, wow!!

They are also lovely girls , we enjoyed a chat for a while.

 Yesterday it took more than three hours,

so today we started a bit earlier.

サツマスギに、ブルーアイスという針葉樹、それにユーカリポポラスベリー、

それに紅葉ヒペリカムもオプションで。

二時半ころ、完成。

　やはり、結構時間かかります。

Three different kinds of foliage and red leaves hypericum were added occasionally.

All done at half past two.

Again it took longer than I expected.

手前のY様のは、立派なサイズのダイニングテーブルに合わせて、

直径５０CMくらいのビッグサイズのテーブルリースに。

インテリアがロココなので、リースはあえて森風に。

後の方は、影掛け式に。

いつも出来上がると、実際に壁にかけて、確認。

かけてみると、引力＆重力の関係で、

落下するものあり、微妙なアングルのずれあり。

なので、いつも壁にかけて、最終チェック。

　皆様、落下物もなく、綺麗に出来ました。

The biggest one is by Y-sama.

She made a table wreath.

Her dining table is enormous, so she made hers bigger than others.

Because her room is full of colorful staff, she made it woody and greenery.

Other people made a door wreath.

I always make sure everything fits well.

All staffs are stable on the wreath or not,  carefully checked.

Every wreath  looked good.

それぞれのテーストで、無事完成。

ちょっと遅めのランチ。

　いつもように、お料理教室の先生＆二人の受験生母のY様、

魔法のように、朝早くにランチもご準備の上、我が家まで小一時間かけて、

来てくださいます。

本当に、感謝です。

　皆様、それぞれの場所で、お料理の盛りつけ＆紅茶の用意。

もう慣れたものです。

お皿もカトラリーも、ささっと準備してくれます＾＾。

Every wreath has different taste, looks lovely.

Then lunch time !!

 Y-sama has brought all lunch from her home.

She is a teacher for cooking and baking , also mother of two kids

who are ready for entrance exam soon.

She and her friends drive more than one hour to my home.

Everyone helped preparing for lunch and tea.

ワンプレートの中に、チキンの煮込み、サラダ、煮野菜、クルトン、温泉たまご、

盛りだくさんで栄養満天。

湯むきのトマトの甘さも絶妙です。

One plate with full of yummy food, and very heathy ,too.

おしゃべり第二部始まり。

新しいキャラのお二人もくわわり、にぎやかです。

　ごちそうさま＆来年もよろしく☆です。

We enjoyed a chat , it was a lovely afternoon.

Thank you so much for coming and see you in 2014 as well.

リースレッスン Christmas wreath lesson 2013

この冬二回目のリースレッスン。

先日マーケットに仕入れに行くと、もう主流は松。

クリスマスはすっかり過去？？

日本は、先を急ぎ過ぎ（怒）。

薩摩スギも仕入れるたびに、長さも大きさも違う。

今回は、結構ビッグ。

又、今年も仕入れ過ぎ、、かも。

今日は、カマキリの巣も発見。

カメムシも出てくる（汗）。

一応レッスン前に、ひと枝ずつ洗います。

ベランダは今のところ、サンタランドのようです。

　さて、今日は大学時代の友人たちに、最近お向かいに引っ越してこられた方も

参加。

とっても楽しくレッスン出来ました。

手を動かしながらも、話が弾みます。


Today two friends and one new neighbor came to Christmas wreath lesson.

When I went to flower market this time , the atmosphere was already for New Year,,

In Japan Christmas is too short.

On 26th December people are ready for New Year decoration.

  Anyway before lesson I wash all the branches.

Sometimes insects there, today I found a  mantis nest,,,

oh my god!!

Lesson went very well today.

They enjoyed all the process and chat.

It took about three hours,,,wow.

何をトッピングするか、悩ましいところ。

Final moment,,they wonder which  toppings are good  on the wreath ??

針葉樹の香りが、癒し。

Green foliage smell good.

私は、リースを作りすぎて食傷気味。

小さいオアシスが大量に余っているので、

キャンドルアレンジを遊びでつくりました。

I made a small candle arrangement.

I was just fed up with making a wreath.

皆様、ご自分のテーストで仕上げ。

なんと、終わってみたら三時（汗）。

おつかれさま。

All done, every one has different taste.

Two more lessons this week

一年に二度魔法がかかる季節 magical season twice a year

夕方城崎から戻りました。

来週はレッスンが立て込んでいるのですが、

昨日＆今日は、温泉を満喫。

それと共に、日本海の海の幸（＝かに）も堪能。

　気がつけば、手元に写真がたまってしまいました。

備忘録のブログとしては、早く書いてしまいたい。

まず月曜日の京都から。

　もう紅葉も大分終わりかけですが、

月曜日の京都は、まだまだ綺麗でした。

昨年の夏の終わりに本帰国して、やっと日本の四季を一巡。

それぞれを満喫しました。

　日本に帰って、年も重ね、四季の美しさを実感。

今年の紅葉も、本当に綺麗でした。

そして、常々思うのが、特に京都？奈良？っと出かけなくとも、

近場で十分に自然の美しさを満喫できるのが、

秋の紅葉、そして春の桜の頃ではないかなあ、と思う今日このごろ。

普通に近所を歩いたり、ドライブするだけで、

春には桜の華やかさ、秋には澄んだ空気の中の紅葉を

堪能できる。

寒い冬のあとの桜の喜び、暑い夏を乗り切ったあとの紅葉のまばゆさ。

まさに魔法のよう。

　さて、以前からたのまれていたリースとアレンジを

まず京都の姉宅にお届け。

In the evening we came back from Kinosaki onsen (hot spring).

We also enjoyed lovely seafood there , especially crab this time of the year.

After last blog many things happened , also many photos.

This blog is just like my diary.

Before all forgotten I decided to write down from my memory.

 About one year and three months has passed after we came back to Japan last year.

I could enjoy four season here.

I believe twice a year magical moment comes ,

one is spring of cherry blossoms and another is autumn of red and yellow leaves.

We don' t have to go long way, just walk near by or drive neighborhood.

we can enjoy the beauty of nature.


On Monday I visited my sister to bring Christmas wreath and candle arrangement.

The entrance hall is always tidy , so there is plenty of room to decorate it.

Japanese beauty requires space, sense of empty is very important.

　

アレンジは、かなり大きかったのですが、すっきりと片付いた玄関に

ばっちりと収まりました。

This arrangement is quite big, but it looks good with the red fabric from Asia.

ラオスからの手織りの織物に、ばっちりと合います。

リースも玄関に、無事おさまり、、、

写真は、撮り忘れ（汗）。

　さて、その後は相国寺の承天閣美術館へ。

以前伊藤　若冲を見に行って、その素晴らしさに感動。

今回は、円山応挙展へ。

Never mind,,,

After lunch we visited Shokokuji temple and museum there.

This time the collection of Oukyo Mauyama , an artist during Edo period.

一等地にありながら、あまり一般的に知られていないのか、

いつも混んでいないのが、うれしいです。

紅葉もまだまだ綺麗でした。

It is situated at the central of Kyoto.

But always not so crowded.

So we could enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.

Still kouyou season there ( red and yellow leaves)

ここを入ると、承天閣美術館へ。

The entrance of the museum (Jyotenkaku Museum)

もみじの美は、その小ささが決めてだとか。

ここのは、とても繊細で美しい。

The leaves here were tiny and beautiful.

Smaller leaves are better than larger ones, someone says.

応挙の七難七福図や、植物や動物の写生図を堪能。

ふすま絵の印象が強かったのですが、

今回は違ったものを見る事が出来て、

なかなか興味深かったです。

　その後、御所を散策。

We enjoyed the collection so much.

After here we moved to Kyoto imperial palace.

街の真ん中で、この空間は贅沢。

さすが、都ですね。

This big area is so gorgeous.

Still the central of Kyoto!!

わんこもオッケイなので、あちこちでわんこさんの遭遇。

贅沢な散歩です。

Dogs are allowed to walk here, so we saw many dogs.

大木もあちこちに。

都会にいながらにして、木々のパワーを感じます。

We feel the power of trees and nature.

なにもない、、という贅沢。

just empty,,, feel eternal

この小川エリアは、特に夏の時期、お子様連れに大人気だとか。

This small meadow area is very popular for families with small children during summer.

日本の自然、そのパワーに感謝です。

The beauty of Japanese nature,, I enjoy so much!

コニファー尽くしの日々♪ Christmasy days !!

　

昨日は、以前パリでレッスンを受けた濱村先生の凱旋レッスンに参加。

花時間の夏号でも紹介された、燭台を使ったアレンジ。

お会いするのもほぼ二年ぶり。

楽しみにしておりました。

Yesterday I attended a Christmas candle holder arrangement by Ms. Hamamura from Paris.

This arrangement was on the flower arrangement magazine this summer.

I had a lesson from her about two years ago.

I was looking forward to seeing her.

濱村先生のレッスンは、デモ中のメモとカメラは禁止。

ひたすら見る事に集中します。

彼女がパリで修行した時の経験をもとに、

このポリシーでいつもレッスンされています。

初めてみるこの燭台のホルダー。

巴里っぽくて、素敵です。

オレゴンのもみの木、ヒムロ杉、ブルーアイス、

三種のコニファーで大体のフォルムを作ります。

そこに、サンキライの実、姫リンゴ、アイビー、

そして、松ぼっくりとスプレーバラで仕上げます。


Always cameras or memos are not permitted at her lesson.

We just concentrate on her demonstration.

This is the style she learned in Paris.

At first we make frame with three  kinds of conifer,

then add red berry, small apple, and variegated ivy.

And cones and spray roses.

アレンジにぴったりのデニッシュと紅茶でほっこり。

After arrangement we enjoyed tea and pastry with berries.

自宅に戻り、夕方には四人の方が来られ、リースレッスン。

我が家のベランダは北向きなので、コニファーの置き場にぴったり。

今は、大量のコニファーが占拠しております（汗）。

　今日は、姉からのオーダーのキャンドルアレンジ＆リースを製作。

In the evening four friends came for wreath lesson.

At the moment I have plenty of stock of conifer at my terrace.

 Today I made a candle arrangement and wreath,,,,

今日は、コニファーの夢見そう(^^;

I might dream of conifer (^^;  or nightmare ??
