自称”花屋応援隊” I love flower shop !!

昨日は、月イチのお楽しみ、フラワーデリバリーの日。

一回１，０００円プラス消費税にて、

毎月、おうちに選りすぐりのお花を届けてくれます。

　日本のお花事情に、まだまだ疎い私。

毎回の季節感＆優れた生産者を考慮したチョイスは、

本当に勉強になります。

　昨日は、一日留守だったので、

主人に受け取りを頼みました。

今月はこれ。

噂には聞いていた秋田のダリア新種、その名前は”なまはげ”。

綺麗なピンクで大きさは、１６センチを超えるくらい。

この大輪に、縁取りがピンクのドラセナを添えて。

Yesterday was "monthly flower delivery" day by Kirei flower.

Mr. Fujii derivers flowers of his choice to door step from one house

to another every month.

He considers season and growers and off course quality.

It costs only 1,000 yen.

 This month his choice is "Dahlia" from Akita prefecture.

very vivid pink and diameter is more than 6 inches.

いつものように、生産者情報とちょっとした秘話も添えて。

He always adds information about flowers and growers,  and off course tip of flower care.

この綺麗な切り口を見れば、丁寧な仕事ぶりがわかる。

How did he condition flowers ??

It is clear when we see this stem,, so sharp and clean.

かわいいカレンダーも一緒に。

This time of the year,, with fancy calendar 2014.

１２月のページは、

とっても素敵＆ゴージャス。

The page of December 2014 looks so cute and gorgeous .

お花を習うきっかけは、もう１５年以上前のこと。

ドイツのハンブルグに住んでいたとき、

色々と苦難が続き、落ち込んでいたある日、

買い物のついでに、訪れた花屋。

バケツに入った色とりどりのチューリップ。

ふと見つけたのが、

”７マルク（当時は、まだドイツマルクでした）でグリーンを添えて、

ブーケ出来ます”

、、、という張り紙。

たまにはブーケでも、、と思い、おそるおそる頼んだら、

日本では見た事の無い、魔法のように手のひらでスパイラルに茎を重ね、

出来上がりはまあるい帽子のようなブーケ。

帰り道は、思わずスキップ。

ブーケを見るたびに、幸せになった。

あれから、いつかブーケを習いたい、、と思い、

実現したのは、二度目のヨーロッパのロンドン。

　今もブーケが好き。

そして、フレッシュなお花が好き。

だから、すぐ枯れるからもったいない、、と言わず、

是非お花を買って欲しい、、と思い、

そんな気持ちでお花の教室もやっています。

自分のために、お花を買う、、そんな習慣が

日本でもっと浸透して欲しい、、と思う日々。

このフラワーデリバリーのアイデア、素敵だなあと思う。

Why do I love flowers so much ?

Why did I learn floristry?

That happened more than fifteen years ago in Germany, Hamburg.

Many bad things annoyed me at that time.

I was so depressed.

When I went to shopping center for grocery ,

I happened to see one ordinary flower shop.

I saw a bunch of Tulips with many colours.

Then I noticed a note that said " with 7 Mark we can make a bouquet with foliage".

I ordered this for the first time.

The lady made a bouquet with Tulips and many foliage.

It was just like a  magic, spiraled stems, just beautiful.

I have never seen such a beautiful bouquet before.

Since then I have dreamed to learn how to make a bouquet.

That finally happened after more than 5 years in London.

In Japan not so many people buy flowers for themselves unfortunately.

Some people think flowers cost too much,

also they die so quickly.

That is shame.


I hope more people enjoy fresh flowers for themselves ,,,, not for special occasion.
