旧居留地にてショッピング Shopping at old residential area in Kobe

今日は、クリスマスのダンスパーテイーに向けて、

週一神戸までレッスンにやって来る母に会わせて、姉とも合流。

久しぶりに三人揃って、お買い物。

　涼しく、、いや寒くなったので、街をぶらぶら散策も可能。

暑いときにはとても無理だったので、

寒いのも悪くない。

　三人揃って、お買い物に出向くと、

なぜか親子と思われたことなし（笑）。

ファッションテーストはバラバラ。

顔もあまり似てないのか、世代の異なる友人？

お稽古友？　と、思われる様です。

この三人でお買い物となると、なかなか見に行きたいテーストが

合わず、ちょっと苦労。

いつも誰かが、譲歩する事に。

　とりあえずぶらっとショッピングして、高架下でお寿司のランチ。

そのまま、御年８０歳の母は、ダンスのレッスンへ。

私と姉は、旧居留地へ向かいます。

Today I and mum and sister went shopping in Kobe.

My mum comes to Kobe every Thursday for ball room dance lesson.

She is going to dance for big Christmas party, so she needs some brush up.

Whenever we go shopping together, nobody recognize us as mum or daughter,

because we look not so similar and fashion taste are very different.

 Anyway we went to sushi restaurant for lunch.

After lunch mum went to lesson, she is 80years old this year,still very healthy,wow.


 I and sister went to old residential area near Motomachi.

このあたりは、古いビルがたくさん残っており、

そこにどんどんお店が増殖中。

訪れるたびに、新しいお店発見。

若いオーナー達が、セレクトあるいはプロデュースしたお店は、

インテリアも素敵で、飽きる事はなし。

This area near Kobe port there are many many old buildings.

They were used to be office, now re-decorated by young owner,

sometimes cafe, boutique, also restaurant.

They look so awesome.

二時間ほど過ぎ、レッスンを終えた母が再び合流。

大丸にて、しばしショッピング。

外に出ると、もう夕方。

クリスマスのイルミネーションも、美しい。

After a couple of hours mum joined us again after lesson.

We enjoyed shopping at Daimaru department store for a while.

It was getting dark outside, Christmas taste lightened up trees.

しばし歩くと、こんなクリスマスツリー。

毎年神戸本社のフェリシモが行なうぬいぐるみのツリー。

全国から集まった手作りのぬいぐるみをツリーにし、

全世界の子供たちにクリスマスプレゼントとして、贈られるようです。

We saw this unique Christmas tree with soft toys.

All toys are hand made by people all over Japan.

These toys are going to children in the world as a Christmas present.

しばし、夕方の街を散策。

We walked around with cold dawn air.

ルミナリエの用意がされておりました。

１９９５年の神戸の大震災以来、鎮魂の祈りを込めて、

毎年行なわれております。

今年で、１８回目とか。

Kobe Luminarie is nearly ready.

In 1995 big earthquake ruined Hanshin and Awaji area, more than 6,000 people were gone.

After this tragedy every year in December Kobe Luminarie takes place.

Beautiful illuminations soften sadness and people pray for peace.

夕食も三人でとり、それぞれの家に帰宅。

８０歳を超えて、今もなお向上心のある母に脱帽。

元気で三人で会える日常に感謝です。

We had dinner together, then went home.

I am really amazed with my  mum who still are eager to learn at age 80.

Just meet and chat and shop together with mum and sister,

that is also priceless.
